Your account
Profile
Who you are signed in as, where you stand, when you are sitting, and how to start over or close the account.
Account
The full question bank is $59 CAD plus tax, once, for lifetime access.
Your name
The dashboard greets you by it. Until it is set, the dashboard has its own name for you, and it is never shown to anyone else.
Where you stand
Every area against the 80 percent pass mark, counted from every answer on this account. History says which way each of them is going.
Sitting date
When you are sitting the OMVIC exam. The dashboard counts down to it and the flashcard schedule tightens as the date comes closer. Leave it empty if you have not booked yet.
New flashcards a day
How many cards you have never seen are added to a day's deck. Reviews do not count towards it: a card you have already met comes back when it is due, whatever this is set to.
Password
Optional. Faster than waiting for the email code. You can always fall back to the code.
Start over
Clears every answer, every run and every flashcard review from this account, so your area scores start at nothing again. Your account stays open, your sitting date stays, and anything you have paid for stays unlocked.
What is cleared stops being shown to you and is kept in our records rather than erased, so a shared account is something we can look into.
Close this account
Closing frees this email address and signs you out for good. Your profile goes with it: your name and your sitting date are deleted.
What you answered is kept in our records, marked closed and never shown again. The record of your purchase is kept too, and if you ever sign up again with this address the full bank is unlocked for you without paying a second time.
That last part works by email address, and the address stops being yours the moment you close: whoever signs up with it next gets the purchase back, whether or not that is you. If you no longer control this mailbox, keep the account instead of closing it.
This does not refund a purchase, and it cannot be undone.
